Competition closed. Winner will be announced on Tuesday. Best of luck to all who entered!
We have a really spectacular prize to give away this week: a two-night break for two people in Renvyle House Hotel, Connemara.
I’ve written here before about how lovely Renvyle is: in fact, I can’t say enough nice things about it. This great prize entitles you to two nights bed and breakfast and a gourmet five course dinner for two on an evening of your choice. Breakfasts at Renvyle are cooked to order, and you will also get use of Renvyle’s many wonderful facilities, such as the outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, golf course and much more.
About Renvyle House
Renvyle House is an historic country house perched on the shores of the Atlantic in Connemara. Opened first as a hotel over 125 years ago it knows all about true Irish hospitality and each and every guest is welcome. While the building itself still retains all the structure and charm of the old house, it provides modern comforts for all its guests.
It has built up an excellent reputation for food over the last number of years with head chef Tim O’Sullivan at the helm. Tim is a member of Euro-toques in Ireland, a European network of chefs who will use only the freshest, local ingredients where possible.
Renvyle has a range of special offers available at the moment, and some great family activity breaks for the summer.
